We obtained a court ruling for one of our clients to suspend and lift all enforcement measures that had been initiated against them by a government agency. These measures were based on an official debt acknowledgment issued by the Department of Authentication at the Ministry of Justice attached with an executive clause to pay an amount of two million, one hundred and eighty-four thousand Kuwaiti dinars.
Additionally, the court ruled in the same case to dismiss the counterclaim filed by the government agency, which sought to obligate the company to pay two million, seven hundred and seventy-nine thousand Kuwaiti dinars.
