The court ruled in favor of our client, obliging the administrative authority to pay an amount of 1.4 million Kuwaiti Dinars and 7% legal interest after the authority refused to pay the remaining balance of the contract value.
The court rejected the administrative authority’s claim to oblige our client to pay more than 4.6 million Kuwaiti Dinars and confirmed the company’s adherence to all contract terms, with no violation on its part.
