We have secured a court ruling in favor of our client, requiring an administrative entity to pay more than 4.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars that were unjustly deducted, after proving our client’s adherence to the contract and compliance with its terms. The ruling also mandated the administrative entity to release the bank guarantee related to the contract.
